BOOKING POLICIES:
Full payment will be taken 30 days prior to arrival. Full cancellations, or any part thereof received within 30 days of arrival are subject to a 5% admin fee + taxes (min. $20 + applicable taxes), in addition to any cancellation fees imposed by the individual property or activity providers. For reservations cancelled 72hrs prior to arrival a one nights stay plus taxes charged as penalty. Please note that reservations during Christmas/NYE period will be charged in full at the time of booking, and any cancellations must be made prior to November 30th for a refund.
