Featuring trendy retail on the base floor, drive into your private garage and take the elevator to the top floor where your ultra luxurious 1600+ sq ft 3BR penthouse suite awaits. Smartly designed, these open concept 3BR condos are lavishly appointed and accented by vaulted ceilings and sweeping 180 degree views of the surrounding Rocky Mountains.

DEPOSITS:
Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival during Summer and Holiday Season, and within 14 days of arrival during all other season are non-refundable. No shows are 100% non-refundable.

MINIMUM NIGHT STAYS:
3 nights at all times

POLICIES:
The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Damanges to the unit will be recoveredfrom the damage deposit, in the event that the damages to the unit are greater than the damage deposit, additional monies wil be recovered from the primary renter upon notification of damages. All units are strictly non-smoking. Pet friendly units are available upon prior request. We cannot guarantee the availability of exact units. In the event that a reserved unit becomes unavilable, we will move guests to a comparable option at no additiional cost. In the event that no comparable unit is available, a full refund will be provided. In any event, if we are unable to deliver the accommodations, all monies will be refunded and will have no further liability to this booking.

FORCE MAJEURE:
We shall not be liable for damages relating to any delay or default in performing hereunder if such delay is caused by conditions not limited to Acts of God, wars, insurrections, Government restrictions (including the denial or cancellation of any export of occupancy certificates and licenses), and/or any other cause beyond the resonable control of our offices.
