The Eagle Heights Lodge is one of Canmore's finest executive homes ì featuring over 4,200 sq ft of luxurious living space with four (4) ì spacious bedrooms and three and a half (3.5) elegantly appointed ì bathrooms. As you enter the home, you are greeted by a slate entry that ì guides you into an expansive open living space featuring a deluxe kitchen, ì a large dining area (seats 8), and a stylishly appointed living room with ì a wood burning masonry fireplace that is the centerpiece of attention.

The kitchen features upscale stainless steel appliances (including a gas ì oven and range) and a large eating bar ideal for casual meals. The large ì walk-in pantry from the garage and the adjacent dining room area offer ì exceptional convenience for the pampered chef. After a large meal, guests ì need not move far as they relax in front of the wood burning fireplace ì that commands the main floor.

Within unavoidable eyeshot of most spaces on the main floor, the stunning ì south-facing mountain views framed by the dramatic cathedral windows in ì the main living space make the Eagle Heights Lodge an unforgettable luxury ì mountain experience.

As you head upstairs on the elegantly finished hardwood and slate ì staircase, you immediately access a large loft area that features ample ì sitting room on a sectional leather couch, modern entertainment on a ì widescreen LCD TV and stunning views through the towering windows across ì the main living space. Adjacent to the loft is the secondary upstairs ì bedroom featuring a Queen-sized bed and en-suite access to a stylish 4-pc ì bathroom. At the end of the hallway, the massive Master bedroom is an ì absolute delight. A King-sized bed, gas fireplace, large walk-in closet, ì LCD TV, and luxurious 5-pc en-suite bathroom will please the most ì discerning guest.

On the lower level, guests will encounter a sprawling basement den with ì uncommonly high 10' ceilings, a stone facing gas fireplace, a pool table, ì seating area with a plasma TV and wet bar. Guests will also enjoy the ì walk-out to the lower deck featuring a deluxe hot tub and back yard. Down ì the hall, two sizeable bedrooms are en-suited by a luxurious Jack and Jill ì style bathroom. Next to the bedrooms is the spacious media room where you ì can relax in your theatre seating and turn up the volume while offering ì private screenings of your favourite movies.

DEPOSITS:
Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival during Summer and Holiday Season, and ì within 14 days of arrival during all other season are non-refundable. No ì shows are 100% non-refundable.

MINIMUM NIGHT STAYS:
7 nights at all times

POLICIES:
The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Damages to the unit ì will be recoveredfrom the damage deposit, in the event that the damages to the ì unit are greater than the damage deposit, additional monies wil be recovered ì from the primary renter upon notification of damages. All units are strictly ì non-smoking. Pet friendly units are available upon prior request. We cannot ì guarantee the availability of exact units. In the event that a reserved unit ì becomes unavilable, we will move guests to a comparable option at no ì additiional cost. In the event that no comparable unit is available, a full ì refund will be provided. In any event, if we are unable to deliver the ì accommodations, all monies will be refunded and will have no further liability ì to this booking.

FORCE MAJEURE:
We shall not be liable for damages relating to any delay or default in ì performing hereunder if such delay is caused by conditions not limited to Acts ì of God, wars, insurrections, Government restrictions (including the denial or ì cancellation of any export of occupancy certificates and licenses), and/or any ì other cause beyond the resonable control of our offices.
