What will happen to my reservation if my flight is delayed/cancelled?
We do require your flight details, so our shuttle staff can track your flight details.
How much time should I allow to collect baggage and get through Customs?
Passengers coming from locations in the US or International should allow approximately 45 minutes between the time the aircraft will land and the Shuttle departure time.
Passengers coming from within Canada should allow approximately 30 minutes between landing and shuttle departure.
How long will it take to get from the Airport to my hotel/address in Banff?
It will take two hours to get from the airport to your destination in Banff.
How much luggage can I bring with me?
We estimate two pieces plus one carry-on per person. Please advise approx baggage allowance for groups.
I'm arriving at the Calgary International Airport, where should I meet the shuttle?
A driver will be waiting at the gate when you exit, with a sign with your group name. Please make yourself known to him/her.
What time will I be picked up at my hotel?
Please be aware that pick up times are approximate only and all passengers should be ready 10 mins prior to the scheduled time
